By submitting a layout you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions. These terms and conditions may be updated at any time, for any reason, with or without your consent or notification.

Layouts

1. All layouts you submit must be made by you (or the makems.com profile editor).
2. You must own the copyright or be the original author of all images and content in the layout
3. You must not submit any adult layouts or layouts that would not be suitable to the terms of service of MySpace.com™.
4. MakeMS.com reserves the right to edit parts of your layout (such as name and description) to make more suitable for makems.com, however we will rarely do this.
5. As a service of makems.com, we reserve the right to put a backlink to makems.com in your layout, although we will not take out any backlinks to your site or profile
6. You understand that the layout is submitted as is, and you will not have access to edit or delete it from makems.com. If you need it deleted, please email admin@makems.com
