It may seem simple to do, but copying & pasting is one of the questions I get asked the most! So if you don't know how,
you're not alone. It is in fact very simple to do.
Firstly, you have to find the text that you want to copy. I'll use a sample sentence from some random website.

In the above, we're going to pretend that I need to copy the words 'But speaking of changes'. To do this, I would place my mouse pointer
at the very beginning of the text I wanted to copy. I would then click and hold down the left mouse button, and drag it to the end of the text
I want to copy, and then release it. When you've done this, the text that you want to copy should be highlighted. Like this:

So now we've got it highlighted, and we need to copy it. To do this, take your mouse pointer and right click on the highlighted text. A menu will pop up
resembling this:

Move your mouse over the menu that popped up and left click on copy. That's it! You've copied that text. =] Where did it go? Well, we'll just say
it's in a magical place waiting to be pasted somewhere. :-P
How To Paste
You can now paste this text anywhere you can type. In notepad, web forms, etc. To do this, right click in the area where you want to paste the text. Again, a menu will pop up..
but this time you want to choose paste. Click paste. There you go! You've now copied and pasted some text.
