Firstly, we'll start off with what it is. Your friend ID number is a number that identifies YOU and ONLY you on MySpace. If you've chosen
a URL for your MySpace profile, then it's sort of the same thing. Only your friend ID number is assigned for you, and you cannot change it.
There's a few reasons why you'll need to know it. If you're reading this page, you probably already have a reason! So here's how to find it.
1. Log in to your MySpace account.
2. Click on the 'view profile' link, so you're viewing your profile.
3. Look in the address bar of your browser that shows the URL to your profile.
You should see something resembling this:
Your friend ID number is located right after 'friendid='. In the above example it is 82038283. This is mine. I've highlighted what you should look for in red below.
